MORE ABOUT US
Over the last five years, the Clay County Food Pantry served, on average 2000 families a month, and distributed an average of 12,000 boxes of food per year. CCFP, like other regional pantries, experienced a decline in clients in 2020 and 2021 due to COVID concerns. Clients avoided public places and had other assistance was available to them. As those programs expire, and inflation impacts family grocery bills, we expect to see a return to higher demand. Likewise, inflation will impact the amount of food that CCFP can purchase, making your donations even more important.
