9/3/2026 - MANNA Food Recall Notice
We have just been notified by Manna that there is a recall of the Shredded Cheddar Cheese/Shredding Hunger. This recall is due to possible plastic shards in the cheese. If you have any packages of this cheese - UPC 061-26, please destroy and don’t ingest it. If the UPC Code on your package of cheese is NOT 061-26, the cheese is safe to eat.

To qualify to receive help from The Clay County Food Pantry, you should be a resident of Clay County NC*, live below the NC poverty income level, and complete required documentation periodically.
*Residency requirement does not apply to TEFAP recipients.
